DIRECTIONS FOR USE - ADULT DOSAGE
One capsule once a day after a meal, or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Used as Health Supplement. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
